ATTENTION FRESHIES!
PAYMENT FOR SDE FOC! (be it if you have: Registered/Not Registered/Paid a Deposit on Admission Day)
We have ceased I-banking/ATM Transfer and have decided to adopt a Collection Point on this Saturday (9/6/12) at Starbucks @ Raffles City Mall (City Hall MRT) from 10am to 3pm.
Our camp committee will be wearing the bright orange NUS/SDE t-shirt. (In-Charge: Goh Yi Ting 9450 0933) An official receipt will be issued upon payment. We urge all camp participants to download the indemnity form and swimming declaration form online.
MAKE IT DOWN ON THAT DAY TO SIGN UP BEFORE REGISTRATION CLOSES! ONLY LIMITED SLOTS ARE AVAILABLE!
ALSO TAKE NOTE THAT ONLY PARTICIPANTS WHO PAY IN FULL WILL BE DEEMED AS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE CAMP!
For campers who have paid the deposit:
Kindly bring along the deposit receipt and forms, if you did not submit them on Admission Day. You may make the balance payment on that day too. Deposit will be forfeited if balance payment is not made.
If you are unable to go down personally to make the payment, you may ask someone reliable to make the payment on your behalf and the receipt will still be provided. Please make sure that they have your particulars, such as your Name and Handphone No. for us to be able to contact you.

For those interested in joining our fun-filled FOC camp, please be informed/reminded that you will have to submit your indemnity form and swimming declaration form, signed, on Admission Day along with $60 as camp fee. See you all on June 2nd!
